Purposeful Careers provides digital courses and webinars designed to support independent workers, including freelancers, contractors, and consultants. Our offerings focus on career development and business strategies for non-traditional workers in Canada. Please note that coaching or consulting services are not available through this website.

2. Payment Terms

All purchases are processed through Teachable, our third-party platform for course hosting and transactions. Payments must be made upfront at the time of purchase.

Refunds are subject to Teachable’s refund policy, which allows refunds within 14 days of purchase. For more details, please review Teachable’s terms and conditions on their website.

3. Client Responsibilities

There are no specific client commitments required, as the courses and webinars are self-paced. However, participants are encouraged to engage with the materials actively and apply the strategies provided for optimal results.

4. Confidentiality and Privacy

Purposeful Careers values your privacy and adheres to the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) for private entities. 5. Intellectual Property

All course content, including videos, activity booklets, worksheets, and training materials, is the intellectual property of Purposeful Careers and is protected under copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Participants are granted access for personal use only. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Sharing content or login credentials with others.

  • Redistributing or republishing materials.

  • Reverse engineering or unauthorized duplication of content.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Purposeful Careers offers tools, strategies, and insights to support your professional growth. However, results may vary based on individual effort, prior experience, and unique circumstances.

7. Termination of Services

Purchases include lifetime access to the courses, defined as the duration the course remains available on our platform. If a course is updated or retired (“sunset”), clients will be notified in advance.

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase, in line with Teachable’s refund policy.

8. Third-Party Tools and Links

Our website may include links to third-party tools, such as Teachable, or other external resources. Purposeful Careers is not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of these third-party services. Use them at your own discretion.

9. Governing Law

Purposeful Careers is an Alberta-registered corporation. All disputes or claims related to these Terms will be governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.
